Terms of service

These terms cover access codes, virtual cards, the 3.5% top-up fee, and the optional $9.99 / $19.99 membership. Last updated 26 October 2026.

01

Agreement

  • These terms govern your use of dreamcard, including the website, dashboard, access codes, virtual cards, top-ups, and optional membership.
  • By creating an access code or paying for a card, top-up, or membership, you agree to these terms and to the rules of the card issuer and payment networks involved.
  • If you do not agree, do not create an access code or send a payment.
02

What dreamcard is

  • dreamcard is a technical interface for ordering and funding virtual cards. The card is issued by a third-party issuer. Network rules for Visa and Mastercard, and wallet rules for Apple Pay and Google Pay, sit outside this website.
  • dreamcard is not a bank, an exchange, a broker, a money transmitter, or a custodian of your crypto. We do not hold a deposit account in your name and we do not guarantee that a merchant, app store, or wallet will accept a card.
  • You must be able to form a binding contract and you must not use the service where it is illegal for you to do so.
03

Access codes

  • Signup creates an access code. That code is the credential for your vault. There is no email recovery.
  • Anyone with the code can view cards, top them up, and buy more cards. Treat the code like a password and store it somewhere you control.
  • You sign up before you can buy a card. Buying a card does not create a new login.
04

Cards

  • Mastercard is the Apple Pay and Google Pay card. Adding it to a wallet uses a verification code. The issuing bank may charge 1% on a cross-border purchase, $0.30 on a purchase under $50, and 0.2% on an Apple Pay purchase. Those amounts come out of the card balance.
  • Visa also works in Apple Pay, Google Pay, and online checkout, including subscriptions. It does not use a wallet verification code. There is no per-purchase spending cap on either card. A top-up is $5 to $11,000.
  • Issue fees are shown before you pay. A card is issued only after the issuer confirms payment. Names printed on the card must be ones you are willing to show a merchant.
  • Cards can be declined, frozen, or closed by the issuer, the network, or a wallet provider. dreamcard does not control those decisions.
05

Payments and fees

  • You pay in cryptocurrency. We convert that payment toward a USDT settlement the issuer can accept. Blockchain transfers are irreversible.
  • The standard top-up fee is 3.5% of the amount. 3% is the issuer conversion. 0.5% is a service fee that dreamcard keeps.
  • On routed payments the 0.5% is taken as an affiliate fee on the conversion. Send the exact amount and network shown. Wrong assets, missing memos, and expired invoices can be lost.
  • Quoted amounts expire. A partial payment may not be enough to issue a card or credit a balance.
06

Membership

  • Membership is optional and billed monthly at $9.99 (Standard) or $19.99 (Plus).
  • While a membership is active, the top-up fee is waived. A top-up is credited without the 3.5% fee.
  • The second card is free once the membership has been active for two continuous months. The first card, and any card after the second, stays at the list price. If the membership lapses, the two months start over.
  • Both plans include those same benefits. A membership starts when its payment confirms and lasts one calendar month. It does not renew by itself. If it ends, later top-ups return to the 3.5% fee.
  • Membership fees are for access to those pricing benefits. They are not a deposit toward card balance. Where the law requires a cooling-off or refund right, that right applies. Otherwise a confirmed membership payment is not refunded once the period has started.
07

Prohibited use

  • Do not use dreamcard for unlawful goods or services, fraud, sanctions evasion, stolen funds, or attempts to bypass wallet, issuer, or merchant controls.
  • Do not probe, scrape, or interfere with the service, or share an access code you do not own.
  • We may refuse an order, close a vault, or withhold a new card when we believe these terms or a partner's rules are being broken.
08

No advice

  • Nothing on the site is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
  • Crypto prices move. A card balance in dollars is not a promise that the crypto you sent will be worth the same later.
09

Liability

  • To the maximum extent the law allows, dreamcard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, failed purchases, or loss of digital assets.
  • We are not liable for issuer declines, wallet refusals, merchant blocks, chain congestion, wrong addresses you submit, or outages of providers we do not control.
  • If a mandatory law gives you a right that these terms cannot limit, that right still applies.
10

Changes

  • We can update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The version in effect when you start a payment applies to that payment. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
  • Questions go through the support form. Include your access code only in a channel you trust, never in a public post.
