What is dreamcard?
A virtual card desk. You sign up with an access code, buy a Mastercard or Visa, and top it up with crypto so the card can spend in dollars.
Do I need an account before I buy a card?
Yes. Signup creates your access code first. You buy cards from the dashboard after that. The code is the login. There is no email recovery, so save it.
What is the difference between the two cards?
Both work for online checkout, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Mastercard sends a code when you add it to a wallet. The bank then charges 1% on cross-border purchases, $0.30 on purchases under $50, and 0.2% on Apple Pay. Visa is the lower issue fee and does not send a wallet code. There is no per-purchase spending cap. Top-ups are $5 to $11,000.
What are the fees?
Top-ups are 3.5% without a membership. 3% is the issuer conversion and 0.5% is the service fee dreamcard keeps. An active membership removes that fee. The second card is free after two continuous months of membership.
What does membership cost?
Standard is $9.99 per month and Plus is $19.99 per month. Both plans waive the top-up fee, and the second card is free after two continuous months. Membership is optional and does not auto-renew.
Is KYC required?
Signup uses an access code only. The issuer, a wallet, or a merchant can still decline a payment under their own rules.
How do I top up?
Open the dashboard, pick a card, choose a coin, and send the exact amount to the address shown. The card is credited after the payment and the issuer confirm.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Crypto transfers cannot be reversed from our side. A short payment may not issue the card or credit the balance. Contact support with the payment details, not in a public channel.
How do I get support?
Use the support page or the chat button. Keep your access code private.
